Store Policies

Ordering

To order, please e-mail me at kakalderman@verizon.net with the items you would like to order, colors, and sizes.  All orders are custom made at the time of the order.  Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.  Please allow time for your payment to be received and processed, the order to be completed, and shipping.  Rush orders may be available for a small fee ~ please contact for more information.  All items are handmade and no two items will be alike.  At the time of your order, I will give you an approximation of the time it will take to make your item and ship.

Payment

Payments can be made in cash, check or via PayPal.  As stated above, orders will not be started until payment has been received and processed in full (checks cleared by the bank, etc.).

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS using their “flat rate boxes.”  Small boxes ship for $5, medium boxes ship for $11, and large boxes ship for $14.  Once your order is placed, I will let you know the amount for shipping your order.  I will try my best to ship in the smallest box that will allow your order to arrive in good shape!  Most orders will ship in the medium box, as very little can fit in the small one.

Fabrics/Patterns

Pictures of the fabrics and patterns available are represented with each item that requires a fabric.  Please know that once a pattern is gone, it is usually gone for good so please order quickly if you are in LOVE with a certain pattern!  I do not always have large quantities of a pattern pictured so I cannot guarantee that pattern will be available until you place your order.  Check back often for new patterns added!

Extra Customization

Most items are sold exactly as they are described in each section.  If you have a particular color of fabric or yarn that you are interested in and do not see it listed for that item, please contact me and we can discuss other options.  There may be more cost involved for that item if I need to order it online or pay more for it than the usual item.
